Professional Experience

  • Project Director, "The Architecture of Roman Asia Minor", Institute for Archaeology, University of Graz, funded by the FWF Austrian Science Fund (Project No. P27921)
  • May – September 2015: Postdoc position at the BTU Cottbus, Germany, DFG-Research Training Group 1913 " Cultural and Technological Significance of Historic Buildings"
  • Summer semester 2014: Lecturer at the University of Vienna, Institute for Classical Archaeology
  • Since 2012: Publication project on the Bouleuterion in Aphrodisias, an excavation of the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, together with Chris Hallett (University of California, Berkeley) and Andrew K. Y. Leung

  • 2000: Graduation in Classical Archaeology with honor,  Thesis Title: „Das Hanghaus 2 in Ephesos im Spiegel seiner Hausheiligtümer. Evidenzen für private Religionsausübung im östlichen Mittelmeerraum in römischer Zeit.“
